Plastic bodied XLR panel connectors from Neutrik, these have the smallest size and highest packing density (23mm between centres, except HL and HR type 25.5mm). The A series offers low cost basic plastic shell connectors. Female and male connectors have the same panel cutout and mountings, and all connectors have hard gold plated contacts with wiping-action design. Panel fastening of these connectors, which are not compatible with any other Neutrik design (due to the need to optimise packing density), is by self-tapping screws, type PT, with thread 2.9 x 1.06 (DIN7990).
